"In Pogledi iz Mostara I try to sketch a picture of Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. A picture of people that I met, of places that I discovered. This picture will possibly deviate slightly from the one conveyed by the media.
It is by no means my intention to be complete or utterly objective, but to communicate my personal outlook on the town.
The town that hosts Muslims and Croats who live separately on both sides of the river, the town where the chiming of bells occasionally interferes with the chants in the minaret.
But also the town where the memory of the war is still relatively fresh and where – surprisingly – life just goes on.
Sometimes hard, sometimes absurd and then again sometimes with a wink."
